| According to the Montenegrin government, two letters of interest have been submitted for the rent of the Montenegrin army complex Bigovo in order to build high-quality tourist facilities. The letters were submitted by the Vienna-based Robert Placzek Holding AG and the Spanish consulting company MH together with Barcelo Hotels&Resorts. The Montenegrin government intends to turn the 39,000-square meter complex into a tourist resort of the highest quality, offering a range of relaxation and recreation activities.
