| Completely renovated hotel As, in the reconstruction of which Russian company Njega tours will invest EUR 60m, will have its first guests on June 1 next year. The Moscow-based company bought hotel As in January 2002 from HTP Budvanska rivijera and the Government of Montenegro, at a price of DEM 5m. It is already certain that the hotel, which will cover the area of around 60,000 sqm, will be a true paradise for wealthy guests. Besides the service in luxurious restaurants and exclusive rooms, guests will be able to enjoy in six pools.
