Prices in Montenegro increased, but so did the number of tourists ( 2008-03-10)
| President of the Association of Travel Agencies Budva Snezana Vejnovic says that, judging by the reservations from foreign markets, summer season of 2008 will be successful. Even though the prices increased by 10 to 20 percent since last year, it did not reduce the interest of foreign tourists in Montenegrin coastline, and the best example of that are Russian tourists who started to make reservations unusually early. Vejnovic said that the first organised group of tourists will arrive to Budvanska rivijera today, which means that the season is already starting. One of the problems is the regulation on necessary Croatian visas for Russian tourists. (Republika) |
