| In peninsula Zavala in Budva, near a hotel of more than 20 stories, Russian investors will build luxurious mansions for sale. Mirax group, which was presented as the main investor for the project by the local governments of Budva, already started the sale of houses at a price of at least EUR 6,000 per sqm. Their project is named Astro Montenegro, and company with the same name was formed in Budva, whose basic activity is to develop real estates. Founders of this company are anonymous companies from USA and Liberia.
