Public discussion on sale to foreigners ( 2008-03-19)
| The Parliament of Montenegro decided to return the bills on property-rights relations, state property and obligation relations into draft. Yesterday, the Parliament adopted the conclusions according to which those drafts will be addressed to public discussion. At the end of January, the Montenegrin Government adopted a law on property-rights relations, which provides a possibility for foreigners to become owners of real estate. The Government then explained that the law on property-rights relations introduces new solutions on mortgages, i.e. possibility of getting a mortgage on facilities in construction. (Republika) |
