Around 130,000 Russians coming to Montenegro ( 2008-03-20)
| Even though every season in Montenegro has been marked as a season of Russian expansion for years, judging by the interest, this summer will be truly be in the sign of the most perspective tourist market in the world – Russia. This year the number of guests could reach could as many as 130,000, which would be a third more than last year, when Montenegro was visited by around 103,000 Russian tourist who realised 790,000 overnight stays. Russians account for 12 percent of the foreign guests. In Moscow Stock Exchange, the National Tourist Organisation of Montenegro presented itself in a stand specially made for Russian market.
