EU believes Montenegro is ready for WTO ( 2008-03-21)
| Vice President of the Government Gordana Durovic said that Montenegro was in the final phase of negotiations on accessing the World Trade Organisation (WTO), and the remaining obligations mostly concern bilateral talks with member countries. She stated that the accession of Montenegro to WTO depends on whether it will succeed in concluding the bilateral negotiations with its member countries concerning access to goods or services. Durovic said that access to goods concerns Montenegrin customs tariffs and access to service market concerns free access to foreign and domestic private entities. (Republika) |
