Pensioners from Austria to open the season in Montenegro ( 2008-03-28)
| This year’s summer season will start on April 2, when a plane with the first wave of a total of 9,500 Austrian pensioners will land in Tivat Airport. The gathering of Austrian pensioners, which is being organised in Montenegro for the second year in a row, is lead by the agency of the pensioners’ association of Austria Senioren reisen, and is sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, National Tourist Organisation, the Municipality of Budva and the Tourist Organisation of Budva. Mayor of Budva Rajko Kuljaca said that Budva will be a good host to Austrian pensioners. The pensioners will realise 66,000 overnight stays, and the turnover will exceed EUR 4.5m. (Vijesti) |
