Munk found his new goldmine in Tivat ( 2008-04-24)
| London’s Economist writes that the owner of the world’s biggest gold producer, company Barrick, Peter Munk believes that he found a new goldmine in the project of development of exclusive nautical-tourist centre in Montenegro. Through his company Adriatic Marinas, Munk bought the military shipyard Arsenal in Tivat from the Government of Montenegro last year and he is turning it into an elite nautical-tourist centre and the leading marina for mega and super yachts in the Mediterranean called Porto Montenegro. This project is worth over EUR 600m and is the biggest foreign Greenfield investments in Montenegro. (Vijesti) |
