Munk builds Four Seasons in Tivat ( 2008-03-23)

The international luxury hotel giant Four Seasons will build a 300 bed hotel in Tivat within the project Porto Montenegro, Canadian businessman Peter Munk informed the Montenegrin Government. According to Vijesti, construction will begin this autumn and is scheduled for completion by 2010. The announcement is a major coup for Montenegro as it will be the first Four Seasons hotel on the Mediterranean.
Munk intends to attract another elite hotel to Tivat at a later stage. The Porto Montenegro project specifies the construction of a marine for mega yachts and numerous other tourist services at the location of the former military shipyard Arsenal in Tivat. - The Montenegro Times |
