| In the past three months, Podgorica was visited by a total of 1,736 guests, which is 16 percent more than in the same period last year. The biggest number of visits was realised by French, Spanish, Germans, Slovenians and Italians. According to the weekly lists of guests in the hotels of the capital of Montenegro, there were 340 visitors a day at average. Surveys carried out in Podgorica show that this is the first visit for most guests. The interest mostly concerns visiting cultural-historical monuments, the urban part of the city, shopping zones, etc. Most guests stay for 2 or 3 days. (Republika) |
