| On Friday, August 29, company Budva Holding invited the investors to deliver offers for the establishment of a joint venture company, which would deal with the development of an exclusive tourist complex in the cape of Zavala in Budva. The company explained that this is a new project which is yet to be built, and the joint company will build and manage an exclusive hotel, and build other tourist and residential facilities in Zavala. The investors have to deliver offers within a month, and they have to have an international reputation, financial capacities, experience in designing, building, marketing and management of such complexes.
