Deripaska and partners to invest EUR 8bn ( 2008-09-23)
| Russian entrepreneur Oleg Deripaska will participate in the construction of hotels, mansions and apartments, as well as a harbour for luxurious yachts in the south of Montenegro, in a project worth EUR 8.3bn. The space in which all this would be build cover the area of around 200 hectares and is located in the area of Ulcinj. Hungarian Trigranit, owned by Sandor Demian, and Canadian entrepreneur Peter Munk are also included in this job. Director of Trigranit for Russia, Sergej Gogoljev, announced that the construction would start in 2010 and last for 10 years in stages. He said that this project would be similar to integrated development project in Dubai. (Republika) |
