Slovenian Adria Airways announces more flights to Montenegro ( 2008-09-25)
| Tadej Tufek, the president of Adria Airways Management Board, said that the two national air carriers, Adria Airways and Montenegro Airlines would increase the number of rotations in the winter schedule due to the great interest of both Montenegrin and Slovenian passengers. The two companies, that operate based on a code share agreement, will fly the Podgorica-Ljubljana route five days a week instead of four. Tufek also said that Adria Airways transported around 10,000 passengers on the Ljubljana – Podgorica – Ljubljana line in the first eight months this year. He also said that the Slovenian company considered also a capital connection of the two companies, but it had not discussed the possibility of buying Montenegro Airlines shares yet. (Dan) |
