Invested EUR 18m in hotels until now ( 2008-10-19)
| Until now, Hungarian company Hunguest Hotels invested EUR 18m in its hotels in Montenegro, which is four times more than it was provided for in the sales contract. The Hungarian company bought hotels Topla and Centar 1 for EUR 1.8m from hotel-tourist company Boka in 2004. Executive Director of Hunguest Hotels Gabor Tot said that the privatisation contract includes an investment of EUR 5.5m during the next five years. The investment was favourable for the company regarding former real estate prices in Montenegro, but the difficulties arose from the fact that it was one of the first foreign investors. (Vijesti) |
