| The Board of Directors of Prva banka Crne Gore elected Radoje Zugic, former Director of the Pension and Physical Disability Fund, as the chairman of that body. Members of the Board are i Andrew Obolensky, Budimir Drincic, Kazimir Pregl and Vojka Calasan. Prva banka informed that the new members were elected on the basis of their extraordinary professional references. The Board of Directors discussed the state in Prva banka in the light of the general financial situation of banks in the country and abroad.
