Prices of real estates increasing ( 2008-06-16)
| Prices of real estates in Montenegrin coast increased by EUR 500 to 1,000 per square metre regarding last year, which conditioned the decrease in sale. The real estates in the coast cost around EUR 3,000 per sqm, and in exclusive places, such as Sveti Stefan and Rafailovici, the price of a sqm reaches up to EUR 8,000. The prices of land vary, and the most requested are urbanised with the view of the sea and developed infrastructure. The land in Budva costs around EUR 100 to 150 per sqm more than in Bar, Tivat and Herceg Novi.
