| The invitation for expressing the interest in the realisation of the project of tourist valorisation of hotel company Velika plaza was responded to by American Prufrock Investments, Arab Hydra Properties, Hungarian Trigranit Development Corporation and Arab Bloom International Properties. According to the data of the Government, company Prufrock Investments (Greek/USA) is a company that deals with the development of facilities for vacation. It operates in Greece, Cyprus and the USA.
