| Podgorica will get another modern shopping mall in the autumn, Mall of Montenegro. The first stage of the shopping mall, the new farmers’ market, has been completed, while the construction of the very Mall of Montenegro complex is underway. Turkish Gintasmont, which entered the project of Mall of Montenegro together with the City of Podgorica, expects to get other building construction contracts in Podgorica after this one is completed. According to the deputy CEO of Gintasmont, Zafer Tolunay, the company is interested in investments in luxury housing as well.
