Express issuing of building permits ( 2008-06-28)
| The Montenegrin Government is to soon pass an act on physical planning and construction, which should significantly shorten procedures for the obtaining of building permits, that are currently one of the main obstacles to development. The new act will include everything that acts on planning and physical planning and urban development inspection have regulated so far. Many investors and land owners Montenegro have been prevented in construction of tourist, business and home buildings due to long processes for the obtaining of permits. The problem is especially evident in tourism, where (re)construction of hotels is running late.
