Mirax has to tear down the built? ( 2008-07-11)
| Network for Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector (MANS) said that the urban project Zavala can be legalised only if a part of the built facilities are torn down or if the Municipality of Budva adjusts the plans to what Mirax had already built illegally. The Ministry for Economic Development gave its approval to the urban project of Zavala, which should be adopted in the local parliament of Budva, after which all conditions for Russian Mirax group to obtain the construction permit will be fulfilled. If the Ministry still believes that the projects has to harmonised with higher plans, then Mirax will have to tear down some facilities after it receives the permit. (Vijesti) |
