| Next year, the construction of complex Parkland, which includes a hotel and two business facilities projected in accordance with the system of environmentally sustainable development and energy efficiency, should start in Podgorica. It will be built in the southern part of former barrack Moraca, near Milenijum bridge. Author of the project, Australian architect Robert Warren, who is also the author of facilities for Sydney Olympics 2000, presented the project he created in cooperation with Chinese colleague Wu Gang.
