Americans leading the project Zavala ( 2008-07-15)
| Vjeceslav Leibman, Director of Russian Mirax for the Balkans, said that, according to the current assessments, the construction of the hotel-tourist complex in Zavala will cost EUR 220m. Leibman said that two hotels will be built in Zavala, as well as 34 mansions. He said that the project would be finished by the beginning of 2011, and the mansions are planned by May next year. Leibman points out that architectural harmonisation with American company BBJ are in progress. BBJ is working on the project Astra Montenegro, as Mirax calls Zavala. The Ministry for Economic Development gave its approval to the urban project of Zavala. (Vijesti) |
