Extra prices for extra locations ( 2008-07-15)
| After last year’s investment boom, when prices of luxurious apartments in Podgorica reached unbelievable EUR 4,000 per sqm, and the demand was increasing every day, there was a standstill. Most real estate agents have only one comment regarding the capital – there are no jobs. Montenegrin real estate agents believe that the decrease in the sale was influenced by the policy of the Central Bank, which reduced the credit potential of commercial banks, and by the delay in reaching the law on property rights relations.
