Property prices in Montenegro to drop dramatically ( 2008-08-08)
| "The price of properties in Montenegro will drop drastically and won’t bounce back all that quickly. I think that a serious crisis will happen on the Montenegrin property market in October and November", said the director of the company Mirax Balkan, Vjaceslav Leibman, on Thursday. At a Montenegrin business forum, held in Becice, Leibman proposed to those present, i.e. hoteliers, real estate agents and investors, to ask themselves how to proceed now. "If there are some amongst you who wish to sell property I recommend that you cooperate with investors as to which project you should invest your property and where investors should invest their money", said Leibman. He pointed out that in terms of demand on the market the country had exhausted its capacities and added that demand existed on the real estate market. (Republika) |
