| While representatives of the national tourist agency believe it is still early to talk about the quality of the tourist season, certain tourist workers and caterers have already recorded it as the worse in the last few years. Director of Budva-based travel agency Exclusive tours Vukašin Ćulafić, who has been a tourist worker for 40 years, points out that the biggest problem is that the tourists found destroyed streets and long lines of vehicles.
