| Montenegrin real estate agencies warn that the demand of foreign investors for land in Montenegro has considerably decreased, but they expect serious investors to return in October, after the adoption of the law on property rights relations. However, the first man of Mirax in Montenegro, Vječeslav Leibmann, said that a great fall in the prices of land can be expected in October and November. Lawyer from the Budva-based travel agency Notarius MB Veselin Kovačević believes that there will always be interest in real estates in Montenegro due to its natural beauty and geographic position.
