We have to tighten the belt ( 2008-11-05)
| President of the parliamentary Committee for Economy, Finance and Budget Aleksandar Damjanovic said that, due to the crisis in Western countries, which are strategic partners in big projects in Montenegro, the realisation of investments will be more difficult, so “the belt will have to be tightened” because there will be funds, but the credibility of investors is in question. Damjanovic believes that it will be questionable whether the huge financial funds, which were available to developing countries until a few months ago, will still be at disposal after the financial crisis. The crisis that started in America will certainly affect investment activities in Montenegro. (Republika) |
