Court stopped the sale of Lustica ( 2008-10-27)
| Mayor of Tivat Dragan Kankaras confirmed that the court authorities interfered into the business regarding Lustica Development because of the dispute lead by residents of Krtoli and the state over the ownership of almost 7m sqm of land in the peninsula in the area of Krtoli in the Municipality of Tivat. The state recently invited a tender for the sale of a majority package of shares of Lustica Development, Podgorica-based company that manages some of the most beautiful complexes in Tivat, and only Egyptian investment and tourist group Oracom made an offer. It announced a construction of a series of exclusive hotel and other tourist capacities in Lustica. (Vijesti) |
