Arabs want to build a city in the land of Dakic ( 2008-10-30)
| The Government and the management of Radoje Dakic confirmed that the royal family from Abu Dhabi Al Nahijan and its companies that deal with real estates are interested in buying around 200,000 sqm of land in Podgorica which belongs to former factory of construction machines Radoje Dakic. Sheikhs from Abu Dhabi had earlier showed interest in Ulcinj-based Velika plaza, a project worth around USD 10bn. According to announcements, they could soon become a strategic partner of Prva banka Crne Gore. The public tender for the land of Dakic is expected by December the latest, and the starting price is EUR 52.9m, i.e. around EUR 250 per sqm. (Vijesti) |
